What we collect
When you ask for a free preview, the form collects your business name, your website or Facebook link (if you give one), and your email. That's it.
Why we collect it
Only to build your preview and talk to you about it. We don't sell or share your information with anyone.
Who handles it
The form is sent through our own system on Cloudflare, which delivers your message to our inbox. Our email is hosted by Zoho.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.
Website assistant
If you use the chat assistant, your messages are processed by Cloudflare's AI to write replies. Chats are saved for 30 days so we can improve the assistant's answers, then deleted automatically. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your info within 12 months. If you do, we keep it as long as you're a client.
Emails from us
We only email you about your preview. Every follow-up email lets you opt out, and we'll stop right away if you ask.
Deleting your info
Email tp@blackforgesystems.ca and we'll delete your info within 30 days.
